Bone Health Exercise Videos

These simple bone health exercises are designed to help maintain bone strength and build up weight-bearing impact and muscle strengthening.

Maintaining strong, healthy bones becomes increasingly important as we age because bones naturally become thinner over time. 

There are a number of videos and different types of exercises to help you build your own programme and find a level that is right for you.

Before You Begin:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  • Find a quiet, safe space to move in
  • Move slowly and avoid bouncing
  • Stop if you feel any discomfort or strain
